Preheat the oven to 220°C (top-bottom heat).

In a bowl, add 350ml of lukewarm (35°C) water to your WeBread blend and mix well. Then cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead well with well-floured hands. Then shape your loaf.
OR
Knead the dough on a floured work surface and then shape your loaf.

Place your loaf on baking paper, cover it with a dry cloth and let it rest in a warm place (about 25°C) for about 30 minutes, until cracks appear on the loaf’s surface.

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 220°C.

Remove from the oven and tap test by tapping the bottom of the loaf. If it sounds hollow, and
if your crust is crisp, then your WeBread is ready! Let it cool and enjoy.

Scrap the dough into a loaf tin (30x10x8cm), cover it with a damp/dry cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 220°C.

Take your loaf out of the oven and remove it from the tin to cool. Then enjoy.
