WeBread – Pure


Pure without frills, our rye bread provides you with the right ‘Wums’ and nutrients.

The rye is grown in Carinthia, in Mühldorf near Spittal an der Drau, and locally ground by the traditional mill “Trattnermühle”.

The natural sourdough has been prepared in our family bakery for 90 years and dried extra fine for your WeBread. Pure and nothing else.

Ingredients: Carinthian rye flour type 960, natural sourdough from our own production (rye and water), natural yeast, salt from Hallein, barley malt from Vienna.
